Earlier, I attended a morning service where the key message of Easter was presented.

The Cross of Jesus is a focal point of the great story of Jesus, the Son of God. Yet if we finish our thoughts only on his death, we miss the full picture.

He died, was buried, then on the third day he rose again.

With his rising came the birth of the Church and followers then in their hundreds, mainly in Jerusalem, and now in their millions in every country of the world.

Faith is expressed in a commitment to follow him in a life of obedience to his commands.

In today's Songs Of Praise, a young lady sang the song What A Beautiful Name It Is, The Name Of Jesus.
