The bill is headed by Darren Cross who, under the 'D.C. Cross' moniker, performs instrumental, guitar-driven folk in the vein of John Fahey, Nick Drake and Steve Gunn.
Cross will be joined by fellow musicians [and friends] Tim Evans [an experimental folk artist], Jessica [an ethereal songstress] and duo Moon and Flood.
Best known for his work with 90s genre-hopping Sydney act Gerling, Cross said the event, to be held at The Victoria Bathurst, will be ideal for audiences interested in an evening of expressive folk music.
"The music will be more on the sombre, dark side of town; we're definitely devotees of Leonard Cohen rather than upbeat folk acts," he said.
"We all share a love of moody, atmospheric music so if you're in a contemplative mood, this event could prove ideal."

Cross and Evans last performed in Bathurst in 2018 at Two Heads Brewing, in a performance that championed unique, against the grain folk music.
In the three years since, Cross, who is based in Sydney, has maintained a steady approach to expanding his creative palette.
"I've since released four albums, including two under the 'D.C. Cross' name, and have played shows across the east coast of Australia and throughout Europe, including a show at David Lynch's bar in Paris," he said.
"I played my first post-COVID show in Sydney last weekend, and this gig will form part of a brief tour through the Blue Mountains and Sydney."
"It's really important for audiences to continue supporting original music, and it's always a joy for musicians to interact with people who are passionate about hearing something different."
The event will take on Friday, April 30 from 6pm at Little Alberts.
