The signage at McPhillamy Park does require a review on its utilisation.
But this is not a new concept as the Kellogg Brown and Root report of 2003 made similar recommendations.

So it had taken efforts by Peter Rogers, a mere mortal citizen, to stir some councillors into action.
But Bathurst Regional Council's director of finance has raised objections to this and has used the dull and unimaginative "re-skinning" processes to make his case for financial constraints.
Would not the best utilisation of resources be to have permanent replaceable signs for annual events in Bathurst?
IN NEWS AROUND BATHURST:
The promotion of Bathurst Winter Festival, Festival of Bells and Bathurst Heritage Week (to name just a few annual events) could benefit from improved signage at McPhillamy Park, recycled on a monthly basis.
Once the signage has been designed, the only reoccurring cost would be for the physical installation and perhaps a small storage fee.
