Now his record winning streak has extended to six years.
Glazebrook's consistency and commitment to the world of officiating has seen the Bathurst umpire once again named the best in regional NSW.
Cricket NSW Head of Competitions and Officiating, Darren Goodger, said it comes as no surprise to anyone who knows Glazebrook's work to see him continue his winning streak.
"Graeme is an outstanding person. This is an example of Graeme's really strong umpiring performances and his commitment to excellence," he said.
"He has this genuine desire to improve himself and a genuine desire to help others improve.
"He's really selfless. He's very encouraging and supportive of his colleagues, but this isn't an encouragement award - it's an award for excellence and consistent performance."
Goodger said it's the work closest to home when Glazebrook makes some of his most important contributions during the cricket season.
"He's the umpire co-ordinator for Western Zone, which is in a very strong position at the moment," he said.
"Being the umpire co-ordinator there, he does that in an honorary capacity for us in the Cricket NSW Umpires and Scorers Association. It's role where he's responsible for training and development, talent identification and administration.
"He does a superb job there. He's got the respect of Western Zone Cricket and the respect of his colleagues."
The award was presented to Glazebrook by Cricket NSW Umpires and Scorers Association country umpire coach Neil Findlay at the Annual Dinner and Awards Presentation of the NSW CUSA.
