Chief Inspector Rankin said while investigations remain ongoing police believe all matters are linked.
He said police arrested three men at Bannerman Crescent on Wednesday morning and also seized a vehicle at the property.
"Another vehicle, alleged by police to have been stolen (in the crime spree) was found burned out on Limekilns Road," he said.
"A fourth man was arrested a short time ago in Cummings Street, West Bathurst."
He said all men had ties to the Bathurst area.
Inspector Rankin said because of the upgrade at Bathurst police station, all men have been taken to Lithgow police station where they were expected to be charged with a string of offences later in the day.
"We are still processing a number of crime scenes and we are still taking calls (from the public)," he said.
He commended the work of police in the quick apprehension of the suspects.
"These men are allegedly dangerous and highly motivated offenders, so police are pleased with their arrest," he said.
Chief Inspector Rankin said the investigation was ongoing and pleaded to anyone with information to come forward.
"We are still processing a number of crime scenes," he said.
"There were a lot of crimes the night before in Kelso where cars were broken into and windows smashed.
"We have not yet ruled out a connection between these two events."
Police expected charges would be laid late Wednesday evening.
Officers earlier appealed for CCTV and Chief Inspector Rankin said police had received bits and pieces.
He urged anyone with any information to contact Bathurst police on 6332 8699 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information can be given anonymously if preferred.
