Husband and wife Brett Dinger and Danielle Ranshaw purchased the business in February 2020, just prior to Covid, and they are now looking forward to making a few changes.
"We had six good weeks and then Covid happened. Initially it was pretty concerning and we weren't sure what was going to happen," Ms Ranshaw said.
"We're just making little changes here and there, and the Friday nights is a change that we're wanting to make now that we've come through the worst of Covid."
Feeling there was a gap in the market, the couple decided they would fill it.
"There's a lot of places you can go to, the pubs, you've got some fine dining options, and you've got cuisine, but there's no intermediate café-styled restaurant that offers a range of different cuisines," Ms Ranshaw said.
"As you can see by the menu it's got a little bit from everywhere in it."

With people unable to holiday overseas, Ms Ranshaw is finding they are now exploring a little closer to home.
"At the moment we're really lucky because interregional areas are seeing really good tourism from people, 'we can't go overseas so let's go over the Blue Mountains,' and we've really picked up," Ms Ranshaw said.
The Hub's opening night has been limited to 50 customers, now fully booked, and the owners will assess how the night goes and increase numbers accordingly.
