The Bathurst Winter Festival is set to run from June 26 to July 11, with the return of the ice rink, Ferris wheel and carousel some of the key features.
Bathurst mayor Bobby Bourke said he's looking forward to this year's festival.
"Last year we didn't have much of a festival because of COVID-19 but we're all prepared for this year," he said.

"It'll be nice cold weather for sure but all the attractions are back, like the ice rink, the carousel and the Ferris wheel. There's a lot going on this year."
Due to coronavirus restrictions, last year's Bathurst Winter Festival was greatly restricted but it did see a drive-in cinema behind Pit Lane at Mount Panorama.
However, the cinema will not be returning in 2021 as it served as a one-off event during the coronavirus pandemic.
Cr Bourke said this year's festival will be a welcome boost to the Bathurst economy, especially after many local businesses missed out last year.
"The Bathurst Winter Festival normally brings about $1.5 million into the local economy and that's great," he said.
"That'll be great input into the local businesses around town. When it's dull and cold, people can come out and enjoy what Bathurst has on offer during winter."
The likes of the Brew and Bite is set to return on the evenings of July 2-3, an occasion when colourful illuminations and market stalls pack out Kings Parade.
The LiveBetter Accessibility Day will also make its return on Thursday, July 1, a day that ensures people of all abilities can enjoy the Bathurst Winter Festival in a safe and supported environment.
Coronavirus restrictions in line with the NSW Government will be in place at the Bathurst Winter Festival, requiring people to sign-in in the Service NSW app.
