The Kelso resident won the $200,000 first prize in the mega jackpot draw 1528, which was drawn on Monday, May 17.
The winner, who did not want to be named, confirmed her win with an official from The Lott on Tuesday morning, saying she had never won anything in her life.
"The win is just wonderful. I've never won anything big before. It's a very nice surprise," she said.

"I'm a relatively new player to Lucky Lotteries. I guess it is the game for me.
"I even went out and purchased another entry in the upcoming draw."
When asked what she planned to do with a spare $200,000, the Bathurst resident instantly thought of purchasing a new set of wheels.
"I'm definitely going to purchase a new car and even refurbish my unit. I've been wanting to for a very long time," she said.
"I might even celebrate with my family, and there are a lot of us.
"I must settle down with my prize though. I'm getting too carried away from excitement. It's a very nice feeling."
The first prize-winning entry was purchased at Kelso Newsagency, in the Centrepoint Shopping Plaza.
Kelso Newsagency duty manager Sally Curry said she was pleased for the local winner.
"This is such great news," she said.
"We've had a lot of people coming in to check their tickets. It has kept us busy.
"It's lovely to see this prize go to one of our regular customers.
"On behalf of the team, we would like to say congratulations to the winner and hope she enjoys her prize."
