Dancing in the Shadows of Motown will honour the music of some of America's finest acts, including The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, The Supremes, Marvin Gaye and The Jackson Five.
Producer and bassist Craig Bodinnar said the show has developed into an international-standard production, and accurately recreates the feel of the Motown era.
"Motown was known as the sound of modern America, and we refer to it on our posters as the soul of modern music," Mr Bodinnar said.
"These artists have influenced numerous popular acts from the 70s to today, and we hope Bathurst will enjoy this authentic, entertaining show featuring a dynamic group of musicians."
The group will donate $1 from each ticket sale to the Chifley Rural Fire Service.
The gig will take place on Friday, June 11 from 8pm. For tickets, visit the Bathurst RSL Club website.
