The St James' Anglican Church has been listed for sale with real estate agent David Chapman.
Located in Christie Street, Raglan, the quaint brick church remains in good condition and presents unique features such as stained-glass windows.

Mr Chapman said it was very rare to come across a property like this.
"Immediately when you look at the property, the character and the architecture of any church building is quite unique, and therefore residential properties just simply don't have that style to them," he said.
He said the "unique nature of it lends itself to a multitude of options", including both residential or commercial development, subject to council approval.
"The fact that there are currently no bedrooms, there's no kitchen, no bathroom, there's of course water supply to the block and you can tap into the town sewer, but it doesn't have to be a residential conversion, it could absolutely qualify for someone to use as an approved commercial space as well," Mr Chapman said.
It is possible that a new owner could replicate the Church Block Café in Eglinton, which saw the weathered St Luke's Anglican Church converted into a café.
With Raglan lacking in amenities others parts of Bathurst enjoy, Mr Chapman believes a similar sort of business would be welcomed by the community and thrive.
"A few buyers have made parallels to the church in Eglinton being converted to that café area," Mr Chapman said.
"When you think about it, the residents of Raglan, just for a simple morning coffee, they're driving into McDonald's or into town to a café somewhere, so there's an opportunity there as well.
"And it could be a combination, it could be a residence with scope to cordon an area off for a café that services the Raglan area.
"I think people are only limited by their own imaginations and, of course, their own budgets come into play as well."
The property will go to auction on Friday, June 18.
Mr Chapman will host weekly open homes on Saturdays from 1pm to 1.30pm, or people can contact him to arrange a private inspection at a time that suits them.
He feels confident the property will sell, with there already being a lot of interest in the church.
"There's been immediate interest, both locally and from outlying areas as well," he said.
"... I've already emailed the contract to a number of serious buyers as well, which is always a good sign."
