Guests will step through the doors at Keystone 1889 into the Roaring 20s, immersing themselves in live jazz music and a live cabaret show created by Bathurst local Lauren Wilkins.
Like many performers during Covid, Ms Wilkins had been unsure about her future but made the most of an unfortunate situation during lockdown.
"I was actually performing on cruise ships and I was supposed to be on another cruise ship and then the whole lockdown happened," Ms Wilkins said.
MORE WINTER FESTIVAL NEWS:
"That's when I started creating stuff because I was really devastated about that loss and nervous and scared about what the future held for me but Let's Misbehave came out of it."
Having danced since the age of three and performed professionally since 2015, Ms Wilkins began playing around with tracks she had always wanted to perform to and the show began to take form.
"It's like when an artist has a blank canvas and they start painting and something comes out of it, so that's sort of what happened," she said.
"Obviously they're all old band or musical theatre numbers and in Keystone, when you walk into that building, it feels like you're stepping back in time so we really just embraced it and that's what we designed the whole night to be.
"On entrance will be a roving magician and then we've got a live jazz band which will be beautiful in Keystone. The acoustics will pick up the band beautifully."
Accompanying the live entertainment will be a three-course dinner and an exclusive after party for ticket holders.
Ms Wilkins is really looking forward to sharing her production with everyone at the Winter Festival.
"I think when you have an idea in your head it looks a certain way but then when it all starts coming together it comes to life and I feel like it looks better than I could ever have imagined," Ms Wilkins said.
