Mo Chroi Play Café owner Caitriona Cohen contacted Frozen's Elsa, who was more than happy to make an appearance at the local child-friendly café and say hello to her fans.

"As a brand new business, we were really excited about being part of Bathurst Winter Festival," Ms Cohen said.

"COVID has had a bit to do with it not going as well as we wanted to, but Elsa was here last week and came again today [Wednesday].

"She has been a hit and I'm booking her out for next year too."
