Appearing on the ticket will be Carol Lewington (health and administration background), Graham Withers (economic development), Di Austin (heritage and arts) and Joy Hinds (community engagement).
Mr Singleton, who called himself a "centre left candidate", has a business and management background.
"The policies the team has developed are based on issues that really do matter, ones where the local council has control over, rather than those of the state or federal government," Mr Singleton said.
"These policies will be progressively published in the coming weeks at bobsingo.com/policies/ and include smart community, water security, tourism, jobs and infrastructure."
