The lockdown is scheduled to last for seven days, from midnight July 20, meaning this weekend's games to be played in Orange, Lithgow, Cowra and Bathurst will be cancelled.
CYMS was drawn to host Mudgee on Saturday at Wade Park, while Hawks was to travel to Cowra to play the Magpies at Sid Kallas Oval.
The Blayney Bears had a trip to Jack Arrow Oval on Friday night to play St Pat's which is now off the cards, while Lithgow's clash with Panthers, although not involving any impacted regions, will not go ahead either.
Each team in each grade will receive one competition point, as per NSW Rugby League's COVID-19 guidelines.
The Group 10 board of directors notified clubs of the decision on Tuesday night, adding competition will resume the following weekend, July 31 and August 1.
"Regrettably ... this round's games for Group 10 will not go ahead," Group 10 BOD member Gary Goldsmith said in the letter.
"Lastly, in the interim, may I please ask all clubs to follow NSW Government COVID procedures."
The Mid West League Cup preliminary final in Orange between Orange United and Portland Colts and the league tag clash between Oberon and Portland has also been postponned.
