The seven-race meeting at Tyers Park has managed to draw 129 nominations and a load of local Bathurst-trained interest.
Ashlee Grives will have Eye Will and Kissmyhanddaddy potentially in action, Paul Theobald has nominated Red Marauder and Tiger King, while Andrew Ryan has Are You Certain in the mix.
Kissmyhanddaddy is a recent acquisition for the Grives stable and will is set to make just his second start for the Bathurst trainer.
Theobald's duo will be chasing big turnarounds from their previous performances while Are You Certain is still chasing her first win for Ryan after finishing runner-up in four of her last five starts.
Gayna Williams will hope to continue her recent winning form through Deponent, We Can't Be Beaten or Cheval De Frise.
Cheval De Frise is making his first run for the Williams stable and We Can't Be Beaten will be making a return from nearly two years away from racing.
Dean Mirfin's stable is strongly represented through Pierro Rose, Mont Genep, Red Beryl, Stargirl and Camo's Dream.
All four of Mirfin's horses will be hoping to run themselves into some form after tough outings on their previous attempts.
However, the biggest Bathurst involvement in the meeting could belong to Wanda Ings' 10-strong lineup.
Ings has Pop Power, Williamson, Chur Bro, Miss Embellish, Puja, The Rose, Moculta Warrior, Memphis Beau, Noble Banner and Raven Scout all nomination.
Miss Embellish and The Rose are the mystery runners of the group as they make their first career starts.
Raven Scout will also be making just his second career start after a fifth at Warren on debut.
Horses can expect slow going at Tyers Park. As of Thursday afternoon the Bathurst track was rated at Heavy 10.
Acceptances will be declared on Friday.
