Circus workshops for children aged five to 15 years will be held in the big top from 4pm Friday and then again on Saturday from 10am.
Owner of Hudsons Circus, Shane Lennon, said kids can learn skills such as juggling, tumbling, diablo, plate spinning and acrobatics.
"The workshops are your chance to learn some circus skills inside the big top. So you get inside the arena and you get training from two very highly-trained artists, Carlo Urban and his wife Diana," he said.
"Diana's background is ballet and Carlo's background is circus. He's worked for Cirque du Soleil, he's worked in circus casino shows in Las Vegas and all around the world. He's worked in some of the world's biggest circuses.
"We're lucky to have them along to do circus workshops."
The workshops run for 90 minutes and cost $35 per child, however there are discounts if families are booking for more than one child.
Tickets can be booked online via the Hudsons Circus website.
Hudsons Circus will be in Bathurst until August 1, with five more shows to go.
Tickets for the shows can be purchased online or at the gate on arrival.
