Sloan has been in superb form for the Bathurst Giants this season, his work inside their attacking 50 a key in seeing his side currently leading the competition.
After booting 20 majors last season to be the Giants' leading scorer, from 12 appearances in the charcoal and orange this year his tally stands at 41.
Sloan has scored at least one major in every game he has played in 2021, while he has twice booted five or more goals - in the season opener against Dubbo and in last Saturday's huge 135-point win over Orange.
The two men closest to Sloan on the leading scorer table are Bathurst Bushrangers talent Matt Archer and Orange Tiger Todd Fagan with 26 apiece.
They are followed by Bushranger Kolby Mcmahon (20), Dubbo's Josh Anasis (18) and Sloan's team-mate Leigh Monaghan (16).
It is extremely unlikely any of them will be able to surpass Sloan, even though he injured his calf in the Giants' latest outing.
Scoring goals for the Giants has been a regular occurrence for Sloan since he kicked a pair of majors against Orange in his senior debut match in 2016.
Two years later, despite being one of the youngest in the side, Sloan notched up three majors for the Central West men's representative side when beat Northern Riverina in the Matt Smith Memorial Trophy.
