Bathurst was named the Top National Country Office for the second year in a row, and also won the National Outstanding Property Management Office, the news welcomed by director Matt Clifton.
"We have added a dedicated business development manager to our PM team who is focussed on growth and is responsible for managing enquiries from property investors, and this has impacted our growth," he said.
"We also have a very stable property management team lead by our senior property manager, Raeleen Gough, and this has contributed to the award."
The Bathurst office also took third in Top Office (Number of Sales) and scored Top Office (Dollar Value) behind powerhouse metropolitan offices like Double Bay/Bondi Beach.
Another of the Bathurst directors, Grant Maskill-Dowton, shone as an individual, finishing in the top three in Top Principal (Number of Sales) and top four in Top Principal (Dollar Value).
Fellow Bathurst director Michelle Mackay commended his level of organisation and communication.
"He also knows our real estate market very well, and this market knowledge instils confidence in his vendors," she said.
