Australia's head swim coach Rohan Taylor has pointedly praised the sport's culture after being reappointed for another three years.

Taylor, who oversaw Australia's best-ever Olympics last month in Tokyo, will remain in the role until at least the 2024 Paris Games.
Australia's swim team collected nine gold medals in Tokyo, a record for the nation at an Olympics.
"I am so incredibly proud of what we achieved in Tokyo ... and the great environment we have built in this team over the past few years," Taylor said in a statement on Monday.
"With a shorter cycle to Paris now, I look forward to continuing the work with our coaches and athlete leaders to build on this success and maintaining the fantastic culture we have created."
Taylor's culture references come amid an ongoing independent investigation into claims of an abusive practices in elite swimming.
Swimming Australia formed a panel headed by prominent barrister Chris Ronalds to examine claims which surfaced during Olympic selection trials in June.
Ronalds, who helped develop Australia's Sex Discrimination Act, has yet to report her findings.
