Less than three months into her business venture and Leah Taylor is doing her best to keep her business flourishing.
"I've had so much local support this week and last week and it's just been so overwhelming, really," she said.
"It's just lovely. It shows how nice the community is and how much everyone is there for each other."
IN OTHER BUSINESS NEWS IN BATHURST:
Ms Taylor began her business based from home around 18 months ago, but made the decision to rent a space in the new DeJorja & Co. when it moved and expanded in June.
Florence Grace supplies fresh and dried flowers as well as indoor plants, pots and giftware.
It is important to Ms Taylor that the majority of her stock is Australian-made.
"Some things come from Queensland, some things come from the Blue Mountains and I've got a few pieces that come from Bathurst," she said.
In light of COVID regulations, Florence Grace has now adopted a contactless sales method for pick-ups and deliveries.
All collections are made at the front door of the DeJorja & Co. store and deliveries are made in a similar fashion.
Ms Taylor made the decision to begin a click and collect-style service hoping it will save her from having to completely close.
The floristry is open Monday to Saturday and orders can be made over the phone or via Instagram.
