Should the current COVID-19 end on its current date of September then the committee have asserted that a full finals series will be able to take place, which would wrap up in mid-October.
Dennis Comerford posted a statement online from the committee on Friday afternoon to the Group 10 Rugby League Facebook page.
"With player welfare at the forefront of our decision making, the resumption of play is scheduled (subject to COVID) to to be Saturday 25th September and Sunday 26th September," it read.
"This will allow for two weeks training leading into elimination semi-finals. By resuming this date we can make a semi-final series finishing 16th and 17th October possible.
"We will be in contact early next week to keep clubs up to date. Thanks to all for their hard work and patience this year. We are determined to have an outcome in 2021
"Stay safe and please play by the NSW Health rules."
Under that plan it means Group 10 would be able to facilitate a full five-team finals series for every competition.
It remains to be seen what Group 10 will implement should the lockdown be extended beyond September 10.
St Pat's would have four teams involved in senior and under 18s finals competitions while Bathurst Panthers would have three.
