Western, who had is season interrupted and ultimately cancelled due to the COVID-19 lockdown across NSW, is intending to enter teams in a number of Football NSW competitions including SAP (Skill Acquisition Program) under 9s-12s, Boys Youth League 3 Under 13s-18s and League 3 Under 20s and first grade.
Western's first grade team had its cancelled after 16 rounds of play, six games short of completing the entire home and away season, with the boys from the Central West finishing bottom of the ladder winless with just three draws in 16 games.
It was a disappointing season for the first grade boys, having impressed during the 2020 campaign, falling just short of a spot in the finals.
They'll compete in League 3 again in 2022, with the competition's name a rebrand of the old NSW NPL 4 competition.
Western also had a number of juniors teams last year in under 20s, winning two from 15 games and finishing 11th.
The under 16s team finished in ninth in 2020, with two wins from nine games while the under 15s performed extremely well, sitting in second with five wins from nine games before the COVID-19 lockdown.
The under 14s managed 10th with just two wins in nine games, while the under 13s impressed to have managed six wins in nine games to finish the cancelled season in third.
