It followed a 24-hour period of zero new cases for Bathurst and five new cases being announced for the 24-hour period before.
It also followed new venues of concern being named for time periods last week and last Saturday.
Member for Bathurst Paul Toole reported that Bathurst had 384 daily tests on Tuesday, down on the 562 tests on Monday.
The other cases in Western NSW Local Health District for the 24 hours to 8pm on Tuesday were in Dubbo (two) and the Warrumbungle council area (one).
There were 12 deaths in the 24-hour reporting period, all of them in Sydney.
A new walk-in vaccination clinic which has opened at Kelso is continuing this week.
