Member for Bathurst Paul Toole said it leaves the city with 22 active cases and 32 recovered cases.
Western NSW Local Health District had just eight cases in the 24 hours to 8pm on Saturday, six of them in Dubbo and two in Walgett.
Less than a fortnight ago, there were 44 new cases in a day in the health district.

Mr Toole reported that there were 248 daily tests for Bathurst on Saturday - slightly down on the 295 daily tests for Bathurst on Friday.
There were 13 deaths in the 24-hour reporting period, including a woman in her 70s who died at an aged care facility at Dubbo.
