Cowra, however, will be going back into lockdown, the NSW Government has announced, after a COVID case there and fears of the infection being in the community.
The lockdown at Cowra will begin at 5pm today.
YESTERDAY'S UPDATE: No new COVID cases for Bathurst, just eight in the health district
The health district had 10 new cases to 8pm on Sunday - six in Dubbo, three in Walgett and one in Cowra (which was announced on Sunday afternoon).
Bathurst had 297 daily tests on Sunday, according to Member for Bathurst Paul Toole, which is similar to the numbers for the past few days.

There were four deaths in the 24-hour reporting period, three of them in western and south-western Sydney and one at Wollongong.
NSW is now up to 52.7 per cent double doses and 82.2 per cent first dose.
