Macquarie Medi Spa director Karla McDiarmid said her staff had been busy during the lockdown with online sales but couldn't wait to see their clients face-to-face again.
"On Friday our much smaller team was back in for training preparing for reopening," she said.
Ms McDiarmid said the spa had undergone renovations during lockdown and was reopening with a whole new vision.
"We have new treatments, new retail and we are ready for Christmas," she said.

"The decorations are up and I am super excited to reopen on Monday."
The spa is kickstarting its reopening with its Botox doctor.
"It will be two massive days," McDiarmid said. "People will want to look youthful.
"For the very first time we are also now booking our cosmetic tattooing and injectables and facial laser rejuvenation visiting specialists online.
"We are streamlining the business and getting up-to-date with technology to safely secure all booking deposits to minimise the impact of 'no show' customers."
Ms McDiarmid said she expects business to be booming in the upcoming months.
"We highly recommend you book your December appointments online now as well as it's going to be super busy and hard to get in if you don't book early," she said.
"Please only book in if you are double vaxxed ... This is not our choice but it is the law until December 1."
The spa must keep to a five-customer limit for the first few weeks but said Ms McDiarmid said they were very grateful to be allowed to reopen.
And, for the first time in more than six years, Ms McDiarmid will be taking skin care appointments herself.
'With the Orange business now sold it allows me time to get back to doing what I love," she said.
