Kali Burcevski, aged 13, was last seen leaving her home at Howick Street about 5.30pm on Monday, October 11. She failed to return home.
Officers from Bathurst Police District were notified on Wednesday and have commenced an investigation.
Police and Kali's family hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

Kali is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 150cm and 170cm tall, of a medium build, with short brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a Bathurst Panthers jumper, black jeans and white Nike shoes.
Police have been told Kali may frequent the areas of Bathurst, Kelso and Limekilns.
Anyone who sees Kali or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact Bathurst Police District on 6332 8699, Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at nsw.crimestoppers.com.au.
