The club, formerly the Bathurst Macquarie Lions Club, regularly volunteer their services to a number of initiatives throughout the community, notably the monthly Riverside Markets at Berry Park.
Membership chairperson Roger Thomas said the club is also an ideal outlet for people looking to forge new connections.
"Every member of our club is happy to be a part of it, and there's such a strong sense of self-satisfaction that comes with helping others," Mr Thomas said.
"We're currently open to accepting new members young and old, it truly is a great club to be part of."
Fellow member Dean Ward said the clubs makes several donations a year to a vast variety of organisations.
"This year has been a challenge as we haven't been able to run the market for months, but having said that, we have a few initiatives in the works," Mr Ward said.
"We plan to make a donation to Bathurst Hospital soon for them to purchase more equipment, and we're currently working on a garden project at the Bathurst Rail Museum."
