The Bathurst allrounder made her second Women's Big Bash League appearance for the Perth Scorchers on Saturday and once again it finished with a victory.
Having claimed an impressive 2-17 off three overs in her first game in orange last Sunday - Griffith joining Perth after a season with the Sydney Sixers - she retained her spot for Saturday's Twenty20 clash with the Adelaide Strikers.
The game was played at Perth's Lilac Hill, a venue where Griffith has enjoyed past WBBL success, and that trend continued.
Though Griffith watched on from the boundary as her skipper Sophie Devine blasted consecutive sixes to seal a super over win, she still played an important role in the win.
It was something that former Australian representative Alex Blackwell noticed.
"She's someone who just keeps getting better and better, loves this Lilac Hill pitch. Not only picking up a good wicket with the ball, Lisa Griffith picks up a good catch," she said.
Griffith was not required to bat as her side put together what they felt was a below-par 5-121, but when thrown the ball in the fourth over as the Scorchers attempted to defend that target, she made her presence felt.
With the final ball of that over she had South African Laura Wolvaardt caught behind when attempting to cut.
"It's that angle in isn't it? Marizanne Kapp at the other end just shaping it away and Lisa just nibbling it in, it's just that nice little change up," Erin Burns, another player who has represented Australia, noted.
"That in-swinger, that shape in, they're really difficult, particularly when you're first new at the crease. She's got a great action.
"That's another big wicket in her back pocket, she just keeps picking these players up. It's great line, it's extra bounce - that height she's able to get and the generation of extra power through the pitch. It was that extra bounce which really deceived Wolvaardt."
Griffith was unlucky not to have another victim in her second over when Katie Mack appeared to have been caught behind - the Strikers batter even started to walk - but she was ruled not out.
But Griffith, who finished with 1-5 off her two overs which included seven dot balls, did play a hand in another dismissal.
In the 17th over she came in off the boundary rope and took a brilliant diving catch to dismiss Bridget Patterson off the bowling of Heather Graham.
Griffith is set to face her former club, the Sydney Sixers, on Sunday afternoon in the second leg of the Scorchers' double-header.
