Dorman shot 91 to finish six shots ahead of her nearest opponent while Davis' 76 kept him three clear of his closest challenger.
Bathurst Golf Club professional Matt Barrett said the duo are part of a fantastic junior pool of golfing talent from the city.
"It's a fantastic achievement for them. It was a great tournament up there that they played in," he said.
"We've often had the strongest contingent of the Western Region Academy of Sport team's juniors, so we've always had great representation here.
"I think that comes from the junior program that we run here at the club. We always do what we can for the kids and we're proud to have so many kids in that squad.
"They both played so well, in tough conditions too. It was windy, cold and there was a bit of water about. There was no run and they still both shot really good scores."
Barrett said it was great to see the Duntryleague tournament make a comeback.
"This tournament hasn't been going the last couple of years due to COVID, and the junior program was probably lacking a bit of direction there, but with the new pro shop management it's been coming along really well," he said.
"It's nice for the kids to play in tournaments again after lockdown.
"We'll be having our Bathurst junior tournament on the 12th of December, and we're hoping the kids can come back and win it on their home track."
Davis' has had his fair share of Duntryleague rounds but this recent one really put him and other golfers to the test.
"It was a pretty good day for me. I probably left a few out there but I'd still say that it was a solid round," he said.
"It was tough conditions out there. Pretty windy and rainy."
Given the challenge the weather presented, Dorman may have been a little hard on herself.
"I had 91 so I probably could have done better," she said.
"I was playing pretty well but I think by the end of it I was starting to lose it a little bit."
Duntryleague's Lolli-Rose Pasquali and Fletcher Ferguson were the girls and boys nett winners at their home tournament, respectively.
Dorman and Davis are part of a strong Bathurst contingent of WRAS golfers, which also includes Cooper Starkey, Max Hemsworth and Jacob Lamb.
