Parsons will make his debut alongside Cooper Brien, in a team that has favoured a fairly similar line-up that defeated Dubbo by 45-runs in tat the Bathurst Sportsground back in February.
Having never represented his association at a senior level before, Parsons is understandably eager for Sunday's final re-match.
"Yeah, this is my first time, so I'm very exited to play for Bathurst open's," he said.

Parsons and his St Pat's Old Boys teammates Cooper Brien and Nic Broes are the only changes to the final win against Dubbo back in February, with Dave Sellers, Henry Shoemark and Dave Henderson all making way for the trio.
The team will be skippered by St Pat's star Adam Ryan once again, while Rugby Union trio Ryan Peacock, Jameel and Imran Qureshi are all in and Bathurst City captain Joey Coughlan named too, with the rest of the squad made by St Pat's players - Bailey Brien, Connor Slattery, Mitch Taylor and Jack Goodsell.

All up there's seven St Pat's players picked in the squad - Parsons included - so he's eager to make his debut alongside a number of his club teammates.
"Yeah I think it will be good to have some of the boys in the team," he said.
"Hopefully It will make the transition into the team a bit easier."
Parsons was also named in the 14-man Central West Wranglers squad to contest the Plan B Regional Bash next month, alongside teammates Broes, Slattery, Ryan and Taylor.
With so many players picked in the squad, he's not necessarily guaranteed a starting spot, but he's still excited about the opportunity.
"I'm very exited by the opportunity. I love cricket and any chance to play is awesome. I can't wait," he said.
Parsons' eldest brother Ben, who is currently playing first grade cricket for Gordon in Sydney, has previously represented Wranglers, while his second-eldest brother Hugh made the off-season switch to Bathurst Orange Inter District Cricket new boys ORC.
While there's plenty of rain forecast for Dubbo on Friday (25-40 millimetres), the rain is expected to ease over the weekend, which may allow play to get underway.
The opening round Western Zone Premier League fixture between Bathurst and Dubbo will get underway from Victoria Oval at 10am.
In the other fixture, Parkes will host Orange at Woodward Oval, while Cowra has a bye, forming a five-team competition for 2021-22.
The top two teams after five rounds will contest a final, with the host venue to be in the city of the minor premiers.
Dubbo and Bathurst have contested the last two finals.
