Voters will find 12 groups above the line, with those tickets led by: Ben Fry (Group A), John Fry (Group B), Ian North (Group C), Stuart Pearson (Group D), Marg Hogan (Group E), Graeme Hanger (Group F), Nick Packham (Group G), Jess Jennings (Group H), Robert 'Stumpy' Taylor (Group I), Geoff Fry (Group J), Bob Singleton (Group K), and Warren Aubin (Group L).
There are also nine solo candidates on the ballot paper that will appear below the line, who are: Ken Hope, Catherine Strods, Bobby Bourke, Jeff Muir, Steve Semmens, Alex Christian, Steve Ellery, Michael Forde, and Stuart Driver.
There are nine spots available on Bathurst Regional Council.
The local government election only determines who the councillors will be. The positions of mayor and deputy mayor will be voted on by that group of nine councillors at the first council meeting.
