The NSW Government grant of $9520 will be used to put down new rubber matting gym flooring, to replace worn-out ropes on the boxing ring and provide new corner pads and skirting.
It follows the club using a more than $170,000 grant from the NSW Government to do work including opening up the front foyer of the building so it can handle more customers, upgrading the female bathroom and expanding the gymnastics area.
Member for Bathurst Paul Toole said he was pleased to announce the latest grant for Bathurst PCYC.
"David Hitchick and his team do a great job and are proud to run one of the largest school holiday sports programs in the state, which helps keep children active during the break," he said.
"The club has Bathurst's best gymnastics facility as well as an Olympic-standard boxing ring which is great for training.
"There's also a range of other sporting activities for all the family, including a purpose-built parkour and obstacle course."
The $9520 grant has come from the Community Building Partnership Fund.
