But Orange man Glenn Atkinson is in the process of attempting just that this week, and tomorrow will see Bathurst's Mount Panorama serve as the centre of his operation.
Mr Atkinson will walk seven laps of Mount Panorama from 5.30am on Wednesday to make up 43 kilometres of his 260-kilometre trek from Orange Health Service to Randwick's Royal Hospital for Women to raise funds for the Running for Premature Babies Foundation.
To date, Mr Atkinson has raised $201,433.
Mr Atkinson was motivated to support the foundation after neonatal medical equipment donated by the foundation and staff at the aforementioned medical facilities saved the lives of his prematurely-born twin daughters: Ellie and Zoe.
