OFFICERS from Chifley Police District have charged a 25-year-old woman with high range PCA after they stopped the vehicle she was driving on Vale Road late Wednesday night.

The driver was stopped by Bathurst police at about 10.30pm and during the traffic stop officers conducted a roadside breath test.
A positive result was returned, seeing the driver arrested and taken to Bathurst Police Station for breath analysis.
Police allege that the woman, who they reported resides in South Bathurst, returned a high range PCA reading of 0.230.
Drivers who are over the age of 18 years need to have a blood alcohol concentration below 0.05 to operate a recreational vehicle.
Police subsequently issued the female driver with a Court Attendance Notice for the alleged offence and her driver's licence was suspended.
The woman is scheduled to appear before the Bathurst Local Court on February 2, 2022.
