A group of nine Bathurst swimmers made a splash, with several personal bests and medals making their way back home.
The best of the bunch was Gemma Cashman with five personal best times and medals from all seven of her events - four of which were gold.
Caleb Cashman finished with gold in all five of his events, and had personal bests in four of those swims.
The carnival was also a chance for club member Emily Saint, 12, to continue her recovery from an ankle injury.
Saints still came away with silver medals in 50 and 100 freestyle as well as a bronze in the 50 butterfly.
Saint said she's still a while of feeling 100 per cent but it's great to be back in competition again.
"I'm recovering from a soft tissue injury in my ankle. I did that probably around two months ago and it's still playing up," she said.
"I did a carnival the weekend before and it swelled up. It's getting a bit better but I still can't do any breaststroke and backstroke.
"I'm hoping to go to Country Championships when they come up in the middle of February."
It's crunch time now for the club's senior swimmers who are getting ready to take on the state's top swimmers.
The 2022 NSW Senior State Championships get underway from this Thursday at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.
"It's the biggest group we've ever had. We have 11 swimmers across 42 individual events and six relays," Bathurst Swim Club coach Josh Stapley said.
"This is a big chance for nationals time, especially at the fast pool at SOPAC, and with the high level of competition by bringing all the best from the state together.
"We're lucky that in the Central West we've got some great swimmers to push them, and some of our guys are getting towards the top of that group. For them to go away and have that fast competition will be a big change, and I'm sure a lot of them will perform better on the big stage.
"That atmosphere will push them. We have the chance to qualify for finals, so that's two chances to qualify for nationals in the same event should they make it through."
