The assignments were determined at last week's extraordinary council meeting, one of the first since the election of the new council in December.
As part of the agenda, councillors determined who would be the delegates and duty delegates for the various organisations council is involved in.
Generally, delegates attend meetings subject to arrangements put in place with the organisation or committee and may not have voting rights.
Duty Delegates are a point of contact for community groups, with council representatives expected to attend meetings only when council issues arise.
Council generally assigns between one and three delegates per organisation.
The meeting also saw council adopt the Audit and Risk Management Committee Charter and Internal Audit Activity Charter.
It resolved to appoint Andrew Fletcher and Phil Burgett as independent members to the Audit and Risk Management Committee, with Mr Fletcher to be appointed as chairman.
Code of Conduct matters were also on the agenda.
Council formally adopted the Bathurst Regional Council Code of Conduct and the Bathurst Regional Council Procedures for the Administration of the Code of Conduct.
The Central West NSW Joint Organisation was appointed as the panel of conduct reviewers for the council.
In preparation for the Local Government NSW Special Conference, to be held over several days in February and March, council determined which councillors will represent Bathurst.
Mayor Robert Taylor, deputy mayor Ben Fry and councillors Marg Hogan, Jess Jennings and Andrew Smith had all expressed an interest in going.
The voting delegates for Bathurst council would be Cr Taylor, Cr Fry and Cr Jennings.
