The Ray White Chairman's Elite Business Leader Award is presented to agencies that reach the top one per cent of the Ray White Group internationally.
Last year was the first time Ray White Emms Mooney won the award and, in doing so, the agency became the first regional network to receive it.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
This year, not only has Ray White Emms Mooney done what was described as "almost impossible for a regional network to achieve" by Ray White Rural managing director Stephen Nell, but it was in half the time.
Mr Nell said it's a credit to the skill level of the staff members across the entire Ray White Emms Mooney network.
"It is a testament to the leadership of the business and a reflection to their commitment and processes providing premium results for their clients," he said.
As well as its office in Bathurst, Ray White Emms Mooney has offices across the Central West and Central Tablelands, including in Oberon and Blayney.
"It's the pride that the staff carry in all aspects of their roles that have contributed to their individual and company success," director Ben Emms said.
"Whatever the task, they believe and respect each other and, as a director, that is really humbling to witness."
