The spill from Burrendong Dam is expected to peak at 40,000 megalitres per day, with State Water personnel saying they believe this will be the maximum rate of flow.
The Sydney Road is open, but other Bathurst road closures remain in place.
Meanwhile, the Macquarie River is expected to peak at Dubbo at 7.9 metres around 12pm.
Narromine and Warren are also preparing for the flood waters to rush through town with moderate flooding expected at Narromine tomorrow and major flooding expected at Warren on Sunday night.

Update from Bathurst Regional Council at 3pm.
❏ Sydney Road: Some water still ponding out onto the road at Raglan Creek, but two lanes open in both directions.
❏ Low Level Bridge at Hereford Street: Closed
❏ Vale Road: Open
❏ Eleven Mile Drive: Open
❏ Freemantle Rd: Closed at Bridge across Macquarie River. Pretty good now at Frog Hollow Bridge.
❏ Turondale Rd (Duramana Rd: Closed at Coles Bridge across the Turon River.
❏ Rivulet Road is closed at low level bridge
❏ Russell Street: Open
❏ Bridle Track: Now open at Howards Bridge.
