Lisa Nicole Bevan, of William Street, was one of a number of people arrested and charged after a police undercover drugsChr(39) operation in June and July this year.
Director of Public ProsecutionsChr(39) managing lawyer Ron England presented a brief of evidence to magistrate Gail Madgwick in Bathurst Local Court this week.
BevanChr(39)s solicitor Sean Titmarsh told Ms Madgwick that his client conceded there was a case to answer.
Mr England said Bevan was alleged to have supplied methyl amphetamine; to have had $6724 goods in custody at Kelso and supplied cannabis at Bathurst.
Bevan told Ms Madgwick she had nothing to say and did not wish to call any witnesses when she was committed to trial at the District Court on a date to be fixed. Bail was refused.
