IT IS literally built to perfection, and now 21 Tom Close is looking for a new owner.
The just-listed property boasts five spacious bedrooms, all with walk-in robes, plus a study, a kitchen straight out of Vogue, and a four bay colorbond shed.
In all, it’s 58 squares of magnificence.
And not only is the house perfect inside, its decadence continues in the outdoor entertaining area, which features a fully covered alfresco area overlooking an 11-metre in-ground pool and spa.
The property was built specifically for Tracey Ryan and Brian Ward by Bathurst builder Steven Smith in 2007.
Tracey loves the quality and space.
“We picked the size of the rooms and Steven worked on the final design,” she said.
The couple are selling because they are relocating to Newcastle.
“It’s my dream house. I wish we could just take it with us,” she said.
“Everything in the house has its place, and everything is in its place,” Brian added.
Among the home’s many features are a cinema room with a 100-inch screen, billiards room and an ensuite in the master bedroom which is to die for.
The laundry has its own television.
Each bedroom is a minimum of four metres by four metres, and each has a walk-in robe with automatic lights which turn on when you open the door.
“What we love most about the house is it’s very workable,” Tracey said.
“It’s been a great family home, and we will miss it terribly.”
She said she will incorporate many of the features into her new home.
Real estate agent Chris Boserio, from The Professionals, described the property as simply stunning.
“What really stands out is the quality. They haven’t skimped on anything,” she said.
“The ensuite in the master bedroom is just magnificent, and the style and quality of the kitchen speaks for itself.
“This is a dream home. I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it.
“You could spend a week in the laundry.”
Mrs Boserio said the property’s aspect was perfect, looking back over the city of Bathurst with sweeping views.
