This is the second exhibition for a photographer who started out with film cameras 16 years ago.
Mr Stockton’s exhibition features 34 photographs with subjects including landscape, water movement and light painting. Light painting are photographs with a little difference.
I use the torch in the same manner as I would a paintbrush.

“The image (pictured) is one of a church at Hill End. It is a 20-minute capture at night using an LED torch,” Mr Stockton said.
“I use the torch in the same manner as I would a paintbrush, lighting up whatever I choose. Whatever I don't want in the frame I just don't apply any light to it.”
Mr Stockton prefers to rely on his technical talents, rather than a computer, to create the perfect image.
“I try and get things right in the field rather than use programs or software,” he said.
The free exhibition is at Lithgow Workies until Sunday, July 10.
