A FEMALE passenger had to be treated in Orange Base Hospital after a vehicle crashed in a ditch following a police pursuit on Tuesday.

Police said the car involved in the pursuit had been stolen from Bonnor Street, Kelso about 11.15am.
Highway Patrol officers spotted the vehicle on Vittoria Street and it failed to stop, proceeding at high speed towards Blayney,
When it crashed in a ditch the 24-year-old male driver fled on foot and remains at large.
Car tipped on its roof
VANDALS have destroyed a motor vehicle which was left parked and secured by the side of the road after it ran out of petrol.
Police said the driver was travelling from Mudgee about 8pm on Saturday when the vehicle broke down 6.5km from Peel.
The driver arranged for a friend to pick him up but when he returned to the vehicle two hours later he found all the windows had been smashed and the car had been tipped on its roof.
