The Lizards and Cutters share first place on 10 points, with the Cutters’ only two losses coming at the hands of the Lizards.
Three points behind on seven are the Orange Raiders, who have injected a balance of old heads and youthful enthusiasm to the competition.
The Bathurst Phantoms trail Orange by one point on six, which leaves them poised to try and clench the third and last finals spot.
The Cougars round up the bunch on three points. The young team will be looking to rattle a few cages in the closing rounds.
