A 42-YEAR-OLD man was taken to Orange Hospital with facial injuries following a two car accident on Sunday morning.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of William and Browning streets at 9.56am following reports of the collision.
The crash involved an 18-year-old woman who was driving a Mazda 2 and the man who was driving a Daihatsu Charade.
The Mazda 2 received front end damage, while the Daihatsu received impact to the driver’s side, leaving the male driver trapped.
Police Rescue and Bathurst’s State Emergency Service crews were called to cut the man out of the car.
“He sustained shoulder pain, facial lacerations and cervical neck pain,” NSW Ambulance Inspector Kathy Golidge said.
“He was taken to Orange Hospital as that is the nearest designated trauma hospital.”
The female driver was assessed by paramedics at the scene, but she was not injured.
