Chifley Local Area Command duty officer Inspector David Abercrombie said the 15-year-old, who was missing since April 17, was found on Friday night at Bathurst Railway Station.
Police were provided with information at around 10.30pm from a member of the public, who believed Ms Pikul would be travelling on a train from Sydney to Bathurst that night.
Inspector Abercrombie said officers attended the station with the teenager’s parents to wait for the train to arrive.
“Police sighted the girl at the train station, where she was found safe and well, and she was left in the care of her parents,” he said.
