The entrants were judged by Renee Difranco of Bianca Villa Lithgow and Maree Statham of Maree Statham Absolute Edge.
Ms Statham said the standard of fashion was some of best she’s seen in 30 years of judging.
“My fellow judge Renee and myself have been doing this for some time and the standard today was incredible,” she said.
“It was very difficult to choose a winner today, but I applaud the ladies for following the criteria and this year they’ve got it right. We’re really thrilled to see them wearing appropriate clothing for the days conditions.”
Ms Statham said the rain did not deter entrants.
“I think everyone had their outfits together over the last week or so and added a jacket to make it a little bit more appropriate for the weather conditions,” she said.
A classic and contemporary category was held for both men and ladies.
