The show will take elements from her hugely-popular blog, The Chezzi Diaries, to the net.
Chezzi’s blog is followed by thousands of people, it is a raw and very honest account of what it is like being a mother and a wife.
In the early days after she and husband Grand Denyer’s daughters Sailor and Scout (now six and 23 months) were born, Chezzi said she often felt alone and helpless.
“When I first had Sailor, Grant was back on the road for Sunrise. Most of my friends didn’t have kids and I’d be up all night stressing and crying,” she said.
Through her blog, Chezzi said she has found a community of other like-minded mothers who have also had their fair share of ups and downs.
These ideas, stories and journey as parents are what she plans to bring to the show.
“We’re flying in mums from all around Australia,” she said of the show.
From stay-at-home mothers to working mothers, Chezzi said they will all bring their different experiences to the show.
“It’s really exciting, it’s all coming together,” she said of the project.
Chezzi said Mummy Time TV will be real, honest and informative for its audience.
“There’s a lot of people out there who are frightened to ask for help and hopefully this will help,” she told the Western Advocate earlier this year.
Husband Mr Denyer will be executive producer of the show and he said: “The success of her blog [Chezzi Diaries] has blown us away.”
The couple are funding the project themselves, although they do have hopes of it growing and possibly appearing on commercial television in the future.
Filming commences in two weeks with the show to go live on YouTube later this year.
