The cafe will be located on the Howick Street side of the former McIntosh, McPhillamy & Co site.
The development application lodged with Bathurst Regional Council shows the site is undergoing a $10,000 fitout prior to its official opening.
Once complete, the cafe will have bench seating, a long servery and tables at the rear of the shop.
