The 19-year-old was one of three passengers, travelling in a Toyota Hilux that left the road near the Ungarie railway line on Saturday morning.
Paramedics rushed to Lake Cargelligo Road after 5.15am to find the young woman had died at the scene.
The three other occupants were seriously injured.
A 23-year-old man was flown to Canberra hospital in a critical condition, with head injuries, after he was ejected from the front passenger seat.
Ambulance zone operations manager Eamonn Purcell said a 22-year-old man and the 22-year-old driver were both flown to Orange hospital, with fractures and abdominal injuries.
Both men remain in a stable condition.
